Marina is a warm and compassionate psychologist with over 10 years’ experience in public and private settings. She works with adolescents and adults with a wide range of issues including: anxiety, depression and mood disorders, trauma, stress, relationship problems, grief, loss and adjustment issues as well as ADHD, low self esteem and identity challenges. Marina is passionate about supporting people to find their strengths, develop resilience and learn coping skills to achieve their therapy goals. Her approach is gentle, empathetic, collaborative and non judgmental. She draws on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, alongside elements of Schema Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Mindfulness, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. She is a member of the APS and registered with the Psychology Board of Australia.
