Our GPs are available during our standard opening hours. If your doctor is currently with a patient, our reception team may ask you to leave a detailed message so we can assess the urgency and ensure an appropriate response.
In urgent situations, your call will be directed to a clinical staff member who can provide immediate assistance.

We are committed to clear, respectful, and timely communication. Routine phone calls and messages are generally responded to within one business day, with urgent matters given priority.
All communication is kept confidential, documented appropriately, and directed to the most suitable member of our team based on clinical needs.

MyMedicare Registration

Registering with our practice through MyMedicare helps support ongoing, coordinated care with your GP.
Care Plans can be bulk-billed for eligible patients who are registered with our practice under MyMedicare.
Registration is free for patients with a valid Medicare card.
You can speak with your GP or our reception team to begin the registration process.
