Yes. Medical certificates can be provided following a consultation with one of our doctors.

We are located at 262–300 Wakefield Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Street parking is available nearby for patient convenience.

Please bring your Medicare card (if applicable), any concession cards, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical reports or referral letters.
