Feedback and Complaints

We value your feedback and encourage you to share your thoughts with us. If you have comments, suggestions, or concerns, you are welcome to speak directly with your doctor or email our Practice Manager at:
[email protected]

You may also leave written feedback in the feedback box located in our waiting room. Providing your feedback or complaint in writing helps us follow up thoroughly and respond appropriately. We take all concerns seriously and aim to address them promptly and respectfully.

External Complaint Options

If your concern relates to a health service provided to you, your family member, or someone in your care, there are external pathways available.
We recommend speaking with us first, as this is often the fastest way to resolve an issue. If you feel uncomfortable doing so or are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the following organizations:

Office of the Health Ombudsman

You can lodge a complaint directly with the Ombudsman. Including as much detail as possible will help them assess your concern effectively.
